The C-Section Lesson Plan
Stage two · 6 weeks to 3 months post-op
Preps a C-section body properly, not just "gentle stretches."
Builds real core strength, in an order that makes sense.
Finishes the job instead of running down the clock.
You downloaded the checker because you've got C-section clients. Which means at some point this week you're going to sit down to plan a class for one of them.
This plan is built for the ones in stage two: roughly 6 weeks to 3 months post-op. Cleared by their GP, past the earliest healing phase, ready to start rebuilding properly. It's the stage most of your returning-to-Pilates clients are likely to be in, and the one most qualifications skate straight over.
That's the bit that takes the time, isn't it.
Not knowing whether it's safe. Working out what actually goes in it. What comes first, what earns its place next, how you fill 60 minutes without falling back on a bit of glute bridge and something you half-remember from Instagram.
This is the class I teach inside my sold-out 12-week Postnatal Core Rehab Course. The one that's helped hundreds of mums actually recover after a C-section, and brings in £50k a year while it does it.
